When I arrived at the Eisenhower Library, they were doing work on the visitor center roof. The Place of Meditation is the name of the chapel that they are buried in. They have a small fountain in the area with the graves in it and a fountain on the outside of the chapel. They have an area in the chapel where services can be held.
